~chocolate mousse~

This is a very easy, quick chocolate mousse!

Delicious served with thin vanilla biscuits like langues de chat.

Thick and airy!

Ingredients : for 4 ramekins or 4 glasses

75g chocolate (I use a mixture of dark and milk)

25g butter

2 eggs

2tbsp sugar

How to: Put chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir now and then until everything has melted. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and while the chocolate is melting whisk the egg whites until firm, then add the sugar and whisk some more until they are shiny. When the chocolate has melted, stir the yolks into the melted chocolate mixture and finally fold the whisked egg white into the melted chocolate mixture and pour or spoon into ramekins or glasses. Leave in the fridge to set (about an hour).

It’s quick and the perfect dessert to finish a meal with!
